Shipping policy

Orders above R750 (incl VAT) are shipped FREE throughout South Africa within 2-3 working days.

Shipping is undertaken by The Courier Guy or PUDO, using the relevant Terms and Conditions.

If you would prefer to obtain your parcel via another system (for example if there is no PUDO locker available near you, or you wish to receive your parcel sooner) we are more than happy to arrange this on your behalf. 

PLEASE NOTE that any additional charges (eg for outlying areas or non-standard delivery options, returns or any other occurrence) will then be for your account and the free delivery options offered by Staywell will be excluded.

Products are available for collection by prior arrangement, from our Wellness Centre in Lifestyle on Kloof (Second Floor), 50 Kloof Street, Gardens, Cape Town. ALL shipping is undertaken from our warehouse in Pretoria.
