Refund policy
We have a 7-day return and replacement policy for damaged goods only, which means that you have 7 days after receiving your item, to request a return in the event that the item is damaged or defective in any way.
To start a return, you can contact us at health@staywell.co.za. Please include a photo of the damaged item in the packaging it was received in, for evaluation.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt and contact us right away if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Please note that unless the product is damaged, we are not able to accept returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
Please note that no refunds will be contemplated. Any returned goods will be replaced with the same item within 7 working days after receipt at our Dispatch warehouse.
